How to prepare (5 minutes)
You don't need a deck. Just have these ready so we can go deep fast:
- Your website or LinkedIn — so we understand your context before we meet
- One-paragraph problem or project description in your own words
- Current stack, if any — even “none yet” is useful
- Target outcome and deadline — what needs to be true and by when
- Whether you're exploring advisory, R&D, or full turnkey
